Information we collect
We collect the information you give us (name, email, phone, addresses, shop details and documents) and information generated when you use AutoShop (orders, messages, device and log data).
Account information
Your name, email, phone and password (stored as a secure hash) are used to run your account and keep it secure.
Transaction information
We record orders, payments, refunds and payouts to process transactions and meet legal and accounting obligations. Card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by AutoShop.
Seller information
Business and identity documents are visible only to the AutoShop review team. Public pages show your shop name, rating and city — never your personal name or contact details.
Buyer information
Sellers see your buyer reference (for example U-7731) and only the delivery details needed to fulfil your order.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in securely across AutoShop, and local storage for preferences such as theme and your guest cart.
Data usage
We use data to provide the marketplace, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, send service notifications and improve AutoShop.
Data sharing
We share data with sellers (to fulfil orders), payment providers, messaging providers and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, access to documents is restricted, and administrative actions are logged.
Your rights
You can access and correct your profile at any time, download your data on request, and deactivate your account from Settings.
