User responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You may not use AutoShop for unlawful purposes, to list stolen or counterfeit parts, or to contact other users outside the platform to avoid fees.
Buyer terms
Check fitment information before buying. If a part does not fit and the listing said it would, you may open a dispute within the inspection window.
Confirm receipt promptly once the part arrives as described.
Seller terms
Sellers must complete verification before listing. Listings must describe the part accurately, including condition when known, OEM numbers and compatibility.
Sellers deliver orders themselves and must add courier and tracking details when dispatching.
Product listings
AutoShop may review, reject or suspend listings that are inaccurate, prohibited or misleading. Paid placements are always labelled as Featured or Sponsored.
Payments
Buyers pay AutoShop, which holds the funds. After delivery is confirmed (or the inspection window ends without a dispute) the amount minus the platform commission becomes available to the seller.
Delivery
AutoShop is not a courier. Delivery charges, timelines and couriers are set by each seller and shown before checkout.
Returns
Return terms are set per listing. Where a return is available, the part must be unused and in its original packaging unless it was faulty or not as described.
Disputes
Buyers may open a dispute during the inspection window. The seller's payout is frozen while AutoShop reviews evidence from both sides and decides on a refund, partial refund or release.
Reviews
Only verified purchases can be reviewed. Reviews must be honest and relevant; we may hide reviews that contain abuse, spam or personal information.
Promotions
Sellers may pay to promote listings. Promotion fees are non-refundable once the placement has started, except where required by law.
Account termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may deactivate your account at any time from Settings; open orders must be completed first.
